These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 12tales.org (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
- Use the Site respectfully and legally.
- You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant us permission to display it on the Site if you post it publicly.
- We can update or remove content and features to keep the Site safe and functional.
- The Site is provided “as is” with limited warranties.

1) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2) Accounts (If Applicable)
If the Site allows you to create an account:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

4) User Content & Creative Submissions

A. Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to post it.
B. License you grant to us
By posting User Content to the Site (especially in public areas), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Site. This license ends when you delete your User Content from the Site, except to the extent we need to keep copies for legal, backup, or operational reasons.
C. Moderation
We may review, remove, or restrict access to User Content at any time, for any reason, including to enforce these Terms or protect the Site and its users. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content.
5) Our Content & Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (excluding User Content), including text, design, logos, and graphics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
6) Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you can contact us with a notice that includes:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located on the Site (a URL is helpful).
- Your contact information (name, email, and/or address).
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the use is not authorized.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 12tales.org and its owners, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12) Governing Law
