Hi everyone!
I'm from Oregon, surrounded by forests and rivers that have been my muse for the past five years. I write mostly free verse, usually about nature - the way light moves through trees, the sound of water over stones, that sort of thing.
I found this community through a friend and I'm really happy to have a place to share and learn. I've been writing in isolation for too long!

Oregon! I visited the Columbia River Gorge once and still think about the way the mist hung over the water. There's so much poetry in that landscape.
